Colossal Chests is a storage mod that unlocks giant chests. These chests are not searchable or able to be sorted on their own, but they have thousands of slots of storage. It is not recommended to store large amounts of vault gear or jewels in them. Vault Hunters 3rd Edition allows 3x3x3 to 5x5x5 chests. Simple Storage Network

Simple Storage Network is a basic digital storage mod, but has had many of its features disabled due to lag and item corruption. It is not recommended to use, but if you do, store vault gear and jewels outside of the network as they are the primary causes of lag and most likely items to get corrupted. SSN lets you link chests and other storage together and view their contents in a single searchable block.

Storage Drawers

Storage Drawers is a mod that adds drawers that can store large amounts of 1 to 4 items. These drawers store 32 stacks base, split evenly among the items it stores. They can store hundreds or thousands of stacks with storage upgrades. The Drawer Controller can be used to link all drawers in a 25x25x25 cube, and a Drawer Slave can be used as an extra input or output point. The slave does not extend the range of the controller. Mekanism QIO

Mekanism QIO is a powerful, but expensive digital storage mod that is entirely wireless. It can not be used with Altar Automation.

Mekanism QIO costs 6 research points to unlock and requires Mekanism to unlock. Though it is not locked behind it, in order to use this mod you require a Fission Reactor from Mekanism Generators to use this mod, as necessary items require nuclear waste byproducts.

Refined Storage

Refined Storage is a digital storage mod that stores items in disks and can interface with other existing storage. It requires power to use. It is simpler than AE2, but is lacking in a few extra features, though none are major.

Applied Energistics 2 is a digital storage mod that stores items in disks and can interface with other existing storage. It requires power to use. It has a few features that make it more complex than Refined Storage such as channels, but if you have familiarity with it, it is a great mod to use.
